Quotes
Build a quote from packages and your own lines. The client opens a branded page, accepts in their own name, and can download the PDF.
Leads
Every enquiry stays on the lead list, including notes sent from the public page. You can see what is new, quoted, booked, or lost.
The public enquiry page
A link for people with no account. What they send becomes a lead on the desk.
The enquiry page wears the studio's name. These pictures are Lumen Atelier, a sample studio.
The calendar knows which hours are left.
Installs and takedowns use the day's hours. A site visit is on the calendar and does not. A full day is marked before you promise it.
Money is a transfer you record.
Bank transfers
The booking fee is a transfer into the studio's account. You mark it received. Zeena does not take a card.
Invoices
Recording a transfer creates an invoice, with a PDF the client can download.
Reports
Profit is the confirmed payments minus the cost on file. A job with no cost is left out of profit.

The morning check writes down what is due. That note is for the people who run the studio. It is not a message to the client, and it is not a card charge.
